Classes may include Grief Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Somatic Yoga, and Restorative Yoga, blending gentle movement, breath, and mindfulness to support physical ease and emotional balance.
PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS with Tonya provide personalized, on-on-one support tailored to your body and life experience. Sessions offer compassionate support for grief and loss, stress, emotional overwhelm, physical tension, or life transitions. Trauma informed, accessible, and deeply nurturing.

    I cannot recommend Tonya of Yoga with Tonya highly enough. She is an incredible teacher with such a calming, welcoming energy and a deep well of knowledge that you can feel in every class she leads.

    I’ve taken her somatic, restorative, and grief yoga classes, and each one offers something truly special. Her restorative and somatic sessions feel amazing. Gentle, intentional, and exactly what your body and mind need to slow down, reset, and reconnect.

    Her grief yoga classes, though, are something entirely unique. As the only grief yoga teacher in the area, Tonya provides an experience that is hard to put into words. It goes far beyond a typical yoga class. It’s a deeply meaningful mind-body experience that creates space to process, release, and begin to heal. Her understanding of grief and the way she guides you through it is incredibly powerful and supportive.

    Taking time to attend Tonya’s classes feels like truly nourishing your soul. It’s healing, transformative, and something I am so grateful to have found.
